Useful To Send
- Payout reports: site, filing time, settlement time, method. Reader reports are how we catch a slipping clock between quarterly retests.
- Corrections: name the field that looks wrong and we will retest on a fresh account.
- A site we have missed: include the free entry route, because a site without one is not included.
What We Cannot Do
We cannot unfreeze a balance, verify documents, unlock an account or intervene in a dispute with an operator. We never ask for login details, and anyone who does is not us.
